Two-way API integration pulls KPI values from your existing systems on a cadence each metric needs, then routes them through a RACI matrix and a customizable approval cycle. Leadership sees live data, not last month's reconciled spreadsheet — and an ISO 9001:2015 clause mapping on every KPI keeps quality reporting in lockstep, without a second system to maintain.
Bilingual to the core
Arabic and English are treated as equals across every screen, notification, and label. Right-to-left is a proper layout in its own right, not a mirrored shortcut — and reports, summaries, and exports are bilingual throughout.

Every customer gets their own dedicated database, kept genuinely apart from every other customer's data. For organizations that answer to auditors, and for regulated industries in particular, this is not negotiable.
